Vashtie Kola was born in April 23, 1981 in Albany, New York. She is a famous artist, director, designer, party promoter and entrepreneur.
Kola was the youngest among three children of her parents. She studied directing and cinematography at The School of Visual Arts in New York in 1999. In 2005 she was signed as a director for Box Fresh Pictures. She performed initial work for this company and many of her videos including videos for artists such as Beans, J-Status and Tony Hussle were done with this company. Simulteneously she was working on music videos for famous directors Lenny Bass, Dr. Teeth and Anthony Mandler.
