Last month, the Miami Dolphins’ DT Earl Mitchell celebrated his birthday inside the ultra-chic Seaspice Miami for a luxurious waterfront dining experience sponsored by Hennessy.

Thirty-Five special invited guests enjoyed exceptional views on the banks of the Miami River with a 5-course Fine Dining Experience, Signature Cocktails throughout the night provided by Hennessey High Mark Brands; XO & Paradis Imperial, and a private display of the Swiss Luxury Premier collection by Hublot. A number of players jokingly stated, “I’ve never gotten an gift on someone else’s birthday”. During the private celebration, Mitchell thanked his teammates for their support, “ I really just wanted to get everybody together, have a good time, and enjoy the company of my teammates in the height of everything going on within our organization”. Despite being referred to by his peers as “Coach Earl” for his professional and mature demeanor, the NFL Star led an evening of laughs accompanied by a little dancing throughout the night.

Earl Mitchell is an American football player for the Miami Dolphins. During his time at the University of Arizona, Mitchell excelled on the field being known for his ferocious, open-field hits while being compared to many football legends. He was drafted by his hometown, Houston Texans in the 2010 NFL Draft. Mitchell is primarily a defensive tackle but has been recently tried out as a fullback convincing coaches that he could be an explosive 2-way player. Humble and charismatic, Mitchell has been a positive light both on and off the field. He is involved in a number of philanthropic projects and strives to start his own youth based non-profit foundation one day.
