The once glorious lil’ pop-up restaurant that could…Phuc Yea…is returning and this time for good.
Phuc Yea popped up back in 2011 inside of downtown Miami’s Crown Bistro during the evenings. The pop-up was most definitely a hit for their take on Vietnamese cuisines. Phuc Yea would pop-up on occasion at various events, but a permanent location was not in the immediate plans of partners Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata, who instead opened The Federal.
So now, Miami New Times confirms that Phuc Yea will get their chance at permanent limelight at 7100 Biscayne Blvd, joining the ever growing MiMo District. Mid-may is the target opening date.
More details on the final menu and official grand opening as soon as we get it.
