According to Eater via the Miami Herald, Eating House’s Giorgio Rapicavoli has partnered with Grove Hospitality Group to develop a new restaurant concept called Glasshouse that will be located Coconut Grove’s Peacock Park. Specifically, the address will be 2820 MacFarlane Road.

The food is described to be a “contemporary American eatery” and will hold space for over 179 seats. The restaurant will also overlook the park and its beautiful view.

Rapicavoli tells Eater Miami, “I’m really stoked to be getting to work on this project from the ground up. From the plates to the pans we get to be involved in everything. It’s definitely a big change from starting up in a bakery. Crazy how far we’ve come!”

Props to Giorgio for expanding his grasp on Miami’s culinary scene. 305!
