Even though they try to play it as a Miami based show, it is soooo L.A. its not even funny. Tall palm trees and all. Jane The Virgin has hit with rave reviews and looks like its a hit. Though we wish they’d do a better job at making it feel more like Miami, the show has an overly Los Angeles and “chicano novela” type of feel. And if you’re curious, the show is mostly shot at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina Del Rey, near LAX airport. Here’s the synopsis of the show, which airs every Mondays at 9pm on The CW.
