LeBron James Miami Mansion In Coconut Grove Put Up For Sale at $17 Million
So, we joked about this back in April as part of our multiple April Fool’s pranks, but as of today, LeBron James is officially chucking the deuce to his Coconut Grove mansion at 3590 Crystal View Court and has officially put it up for sale. So all that talk about keeping his Miami home and etc are pretty much over.
King James just listed his property right now moments ago for a whopping $17 Million, almost double of what he paid for it back in 2010 when he first signed with the Miami Heat. So he’s trying to make some serious profit on the waterfront Coconut Grove estate…that um….(brag alert) we were more than fortunate to visit….lol….(brag alert).
So yeah, it just got listed. We’re talking 12,178 of livable square footage with 6 bedrooms, 8.5 baths and a view that is priceless. Here’s the official MLS description and…they’re asking for an all-cash deal:
“Overlooking the open bay, the King’s palace is the most opulent estate in Miami. The contemporary compound features chef’s kitchen, sommelier’s wine cellar, office, custom theater, generator, guest home & private master rooftop sun deck. Glass doors open to covered terraces throughout. Luxurious outdoor living; summer kitchen, 4500 sf entertainment space, infinity edge pool & concrete dock for two 60′ yachts. Walled, gated private estate with state-of-the-art security system, security quarters & more.”
