Put away the panic button. We are going to keep it light as the vast majority of us watch the game. Here are some major points in case you actually were the only soul in miami not watching the game.
The Heat went into Indiana last night for an epic game 2 and came out on top to even the series to 1-1. The Pacers and Heat have given us some classic playoff moments in the past and last night was no different. Our Miami Heat were against the wall, in danger of going down 2 games in a series for the first time since the 2011 finals, and we all know how that ended.
After the Pacers dominated the Heat on Sunday night, the Heat delivered on a clutch game 2 win led by LeBron and D-Wade.
Firstly, the Pacers built on momentum from game 1 and started off strong, leading briefly in the first quarter. They weren’t able to get Hibbert going, as Coach Spo started Haslem instead of Battier.
Lance Stephenson did his best to spoil the party as he channelled his inner MJ, going on a serious tear in the third quarter.
Norris Cole resurrected from what had seemed to be a season long hiatus and provided quality defense to slow down Lance, and clutch offense off the bench, which by the way the Heat needed badly as Bosh struggled AGAIN.
The Heat are coming home now for Game Three and after their performance last night, we are still confident that our HEAT in 5 Prediction will come to fruition.
