The glorious Shake Shack has been on a marketing campaign to push their national roll-out of their “new” fresh-cut fries.
Since inception, all Shack locations used frozen crinkle-cut fries, which in my opinion weren’t really that bad as the texture was complementary to the burgers.
Well after testing the new fries at their Upper West Side NYC location and tons of customer questionnaires, the good folks at Shake Shack decided to take the fresh-cut fries nationally.
And judging by a comment left on the Burger Beast blog, the new fries will arrive to the Coral Gables and Boca Raton locations on May 14th. The Miami Beach location still needs a little more time to upgrade cooking equipment.
So not sure if this is good or bad news for you, but head to Shake Shack on May 14th to give the new fries a chance for yourself.
