Mark Cuban is outspoken, that we know. And ever since losing to the Heat in the 2006 finals, he’s been mumbling and grumbling pure hate towards the Miami Heat. In a recent interview, Cuban said the following:
“Hate’s a strong word, but it’s probably not strong enough,” Cuban said of how he feels about the Heat.
“It’s not the individual players at all,” he said. “It’s just the whole representation of 2006 still sticks with me.”
In 2006, the Cuban’s Mavs blew a 2-0 lead in the Finals and fell to the Heat 4-2. Cuban, along with Mavs fans accused D-Wade of drawing too many fouls and provoking other clashes during the series. Well, Cuban got his revenge with his win in 2011 during the first year of the “Big Three Era”.
