Heat Lose To The Nets 86-62 For Their Second Straight Loss Of The Preseason

The Miami Heat made it back to back losses last night after getting pummeled with a 24 point loss by the Brooklyn Nets. The Heat had suffered an 18 point loss earlier in the week at Washington that was lead by the surging sophomore Bradley Beal.

Last night, the Nets were playing in front of their home crowd for the first time this season and retired Jason Kidd’s jersey prior to the game. The Nets looked as if they were trying to send a message with their aggressiveness and style of play. The Heat  had a much more passive approach to the game as they seemed to be merely going through their motions and focused more on giving a closer look to their roster hopefuls. After all, it is still preseason.

For the Heat, Lebron and Bosh both contributed 16 points and played under 30 minutes. While Wade sat out for the third time this preseason. Here are the full highlights.

The HEAT play again on Saturday as they welcome the Spurs the tip off is set to be at 7:30pm from the American Airlines Arena.
