Red Bull Music Academy Culture Clash will make its Miami debut on Thursday, Oct. 24 at Grand Central Miami. The event is a unique celebration of sound system culture across genres featuring special guest performers, a unique blend of different music styles and lots of surprises. The Miami edition will feature four internationally known and well-respected music collectives: Slow Roast Records, Basshead Music, Moombahton Massive and the Black Chiney DJ Collective will team up with Eccentrix Sound. The four collectives, each representing a different sound from the national music scene, will battle to be named winner by the crowd.
South Florida popular culture icon and YouTube sensation, Pepe Billete, will host the event, guiding the audience and the DJ crews through their battles with his trademark Miami satire and style.
With the four collectives performing under one roof, the Red Bull Music Academy Culture Clash promises to deliver an unforgettable night of the very best in cross-genre exploration. The event is open to fans 18 years of age and older. Tickets are available for $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
