This is definitely a unique ride. Michael Murdoch from Hollywood is a die-hard Heat fan, and soon as the Heat got the “Big Three” he gave his 1992 Crown Victoria a custom paint job to honor LeBron and the rest of the Heat. Sometime overnight this past Sunday, thieves took the car after the Heat secured their sweep against the Bucks.
“[The Car] means a lot. I’m a big Miami Heat fan,” Murdock told Local 10’s Roger Lohse. “I mean, I did it for a reason. I love LeBron, I love Wade — I love all of them. I’m a fan since the Rony Seikaly days.”
“Exactly. I’m saying to myself, they done swept the Bucks, now they want to steal my car? Are you serious?” he said.
“What was your reaction when you walked out of your house in the morning and your car was gone?” asked Lohse.
“I cried,” Murdock said.
“They’re stupid, I mean they ain’t a Heat fan. I mean they’re more like a Bulls fan or some other fan but they ain’t really from Miami. If you were a true Heat fan you wouldn’t do that kind of stuff,” he added.
“Could it have been a Buck’s fan?” Lohse asked.
“It could have been a Knicks. It might be like that,” he said with a laugh.
Murdock said if his car is returned, he plans to add Chris “Birdman” Andersen and Ray Allen to the its paint job.
