Miami developer Tibor Hollo is leading the way for the Panorama Tower project on Brickell Avenue. And everything is green-lit and ready to go for a 2016 completion date. The building will be 85 floors, and will have 941 rental apartments, 300,000 square feet of office space and 100,000 square feet of ground-level retail space. The tallest building in Miami right now, is the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower, which stands at 786 feet in height.
