Let the media criticisms begin once again. It was a real ugly game. But it is what it is, that streak had to end at some point. And that point was tonight against the Chicago Bulls who took control of most of the game right from the jump. The final score: 101-97.
So the streak ends and the most the Heat got was 27 wins a row. The second longest streak record in NBA history and most definitely making this such a memorable experience and one of the best (if not the best) time to be a Miami Heat fan. So its still a magnificent feat, but now the team must regroup and re-focus on the original and most important goal…the championship.
On to the next one. The Hornets on Friday.
