Lucali Pizzeria is ALMOST officially open, they’re doing tastings and still looking for final employees – Best Pizza In NYC Comes To Miami

We hinted at it last month, and now, we are finally getting confirmations that Lucali is just about ready to open in Miami Beach.

The famed pizzeria that is based in Brooklyn and beloved by NYC locals and celebrities alike, has been rumored to be finishing its second location that is opening right here in Miami. Well, Miami Beach to be exact.

While no official confirmation has been given as to the opening date, we just saw that they held various taste testings over the past couple days. And they put this final employment posting on Craigslist last week:

Well known New York (Brooklyn) based pizzeria and wine bar has almost completed its first family in Miami. We are actively seeking to fill the remaining positions with interviews and trainings beginning immediately. Small, but very high volume restaurant is seeking candidates for the following positions:

FRONT OF HOUSE:
– Head server
– Servers
– Bussers/runners
-Bartender* (knowledge of craft beers & basic wine knowledge preferred)
– Host/hostess

Kitchen:
– Kitchen Manager
– Dishwasher
-Prep
