Originally, it was reported that New York Yankees player and infamous playboy, Alex Rodriguez, put up his mansion located on North Bay Road for sale for a whopping $38 million. But now news has broke out that is not the case anymore. It was listed as “unavailable” and it is not under contract.
Another source as mentioned in The Real Deal, said that A-Rod wanted to “give the home a rest”. Not to jump to any conclusions but from watching the HGTV channel religiously, this means that there are no current offers for this home and there probably won’t be for a while.
I predict that they will try to list it again soon but not for now so that potential buyers can get rid of the “What’s wrong with this home and why won’t it sell?” stigma that the house currently has.
The home is located on 4358 North Bay Road in Miami Beach and some notable neighbors of the area are Miami Heat players Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. There are nine rooms and the house overlooks Biscayne Bay.
