If you logged in to your Instagram account in the last day or two, then you saw the notification telling you that Instagram’s Policies and Terms Of Service have changed. Its said that they will now have the power to use your photos for commercial purposes or what not. That might be a little bit of an exaggeration.
The likelihood of Instagram doing so are very minimal, but you could imagine that the chance is still there that the worse could happen and you’ll see your images re-purposed somewhere. But the reality is that there’s no way a MULTI-BILLION-DOLLAR corporation like Facebook, which owns Instagram, will use your images (or resell them) in a malicious or exploiting type of way. They have too much to lose from possible privacy and compensation lawsuits and etc that may come from it.
