Art Basel blooms more and more every year attracting artsy folks from all over to Miami’s vast art scenes, like South beach and Wynwood. This year Miami’s Art Basel shows off its diverse cultural and artistic offerings with seven new satellite fairs.
The newbies include JustMadMia, displaying in a plaza-like setting, a different approach to the typical exhibitor booth.
Basel veterans will continue the take over of the Miami Beach Convention Center with 260 of the top galleries in pretty much every genre you can think of. Basel favorites like Pulse and Design Miami will return as well. Combining artistic sight and sound, is the highly anticipated UR1 Festival in Bayfront Park, which includes Lou Reed, Animal Collective and Kanye West, just to name a few.
There’s no doubt, there is something for everyone.
