Mr. M’s definitely falls into my top 5 sub places in South Florida. Its a little North of us off of Stirling, but definitely worth the ride if your looking for a quality sandwich. I want to say I was a sub rookie before I stepped into this spot. I used to only get turkey sandwiches all day, but then I realized how delicious roast beef, pastrami, and corn beef really are. I tried all these game changing sandwiches at Mr. M’s, and I have to say I gained ten pounds in a year from all these great subs.
The bread is made in house and all the deli meats are as fresh as can be. A little bio on the spot…
“Mr. M’s Sandwich Shop was opened at this same location in January of 1979 by husband and wife, Dennis and Ginny Maier. It is still owned and operated by them and proudly going on it’s 30th year in business.
Mr. M’s is frequented by customers who originally came to eat with their parents and are now parents themselves. There are customers who have left the area for years and come back to visit, come in to the restaurant and are amazed to find everything the same and even more amazed that the food is still top quality and delicious. It has often been noted that Mr. M’s Sandwich Shop has become a landmark in the Dania Beach/Hollywood area.”
