University of Miami has had a rough year. Now, it is being reported that it has dropped out of the top 40 from the annual list conducted by US News. After being placed in 38th, the lowest ranking ever for UM, it has dropped down to 44th this year. But even with this drop in ranking, UM still remains as the highest ranked school in Florida.
The University of Florida is 54th this year, rising in ranking from its 58th position last year.
Florida State University has finally broken into the top 100 by taking the 97th position this year.
As for grad schools, it isn’t looking too good either. UM had the 70th best business school, the 69th best law school (though, 9th overall in tax law), and the 48th best med school for primary care. But as a current UM student, I will always rep UM. Go Canes!
