LeBron James & Kevin Durant Are Working Out Together Again
You may have had your share of debates regarding Kevin Durant’s statements in the Washington Post last month as he declared “My time is now,” but let’s give the man some credit. Kevin Durant has proven himself over the first five years of his career to be one of the most elite NBA players of his time.
Kevin Durant has no intentions to put his foot on the brakes. After coming home from winning a gold medal with the United States National Team, Durant was recently spotted side by side with 2012 NBA Regular Season and Finals MVP LeBron James. The two are expected to begin a series of different pre-training workouts that the Chosen 1 deemed last off-season as “Hell Week.”
Some believe Kevin Durant should have spent more time this off-season alone, perfecting his own game, but what better way to spend the summer then practicing and playing amongst the greatest in the world? Now Durant will have an opportunity to train and practice one-on-one with last year’s best player in the NBA – LeBron James.
If the last two years felt anything like a scripted TV drama-series, wait until the Miami Heat enter the 2012-2013 NBA Season as defending NBA Champions. Can the Miami Heat make it back to the NBA Finals three years in a row? Who’s going to take the West? Kobe and his minions or will Kevin Durant make it back to the NBA Finals and show the world it is truly his time now?
