It kinda sucks that it took it an out of town publication like L.A. Weekly to put a lot of people in Miami and beyond on to SpaceGhostPurrp. The young Carol City native took the internet by storm and really commanded a strong internet following like none I’ve seen in recent years. Like he really has a cult following. His hypnotizing flows, interesting choice of production sounds and sound effects AND the most unique name in hip-hop – all played a part in making SpaceGhostPurrp that dude this year. And he’s only getting started. Now with the A$AP Rocky crew on his side and tons of opportunity at arm’s reach, ain’t nowhere to go up…
