So, this NFL Lockout is now starting to trickle down to the staff members in the Dolphins organization. The big wigs above cite the NFL Lockout and resulting low ticket sales for the reduction in pay.
“Staff members making over $75,000 will see a 20 percent pay cut. Anyone making between $50,000 and $75,000 will see a 15 percent cut while employees earning less than $50,000 will take a 10 percent cut.” – NBCMiami
The Miami Herald also noted that salaries could be reinstated “if the team reaches their organizational sales goals.”
But with the lockout still heavily active, nobody really expects that to happen as the owners seem to rather let the 2011 NFL Season get compromised than to ease off the “collective bargaining” agreement debate.
