Lil Wayne News Round Up – Miami Concert Stop, Tax Troubles, Drake Beef and Nicki Minaj Lapdance

Lil Wayne News

Lil Wayne South Florida Concert April 5thTomorrow April 5th, is the Miami……err……Sunrise stop of the I Am Still Music Tour. So that means Lil Wayne, Ricky Rozay and Nicki Minaj will be blessing the BankAtlantic Center. Its the Homecoming show of sorts for Wayne and Ross, even though we see them all the time. But you know what I mean. If you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, click here.

Lil Wayne’s $5.6 Million tax troublesLil Wayne’s in trouble with Uncle Sam again. A March 2nd Miami-Dade County filing shows an IRS lien against Lil Wayne to the tune(chi) of about $5.6 million. That figure represents an amount of $3,351,078 for 2008’s unpaid taxes and $2,258,956 for 2009’s unpaid taxes. The Miami Beach address listed on the filing is for Lil Wayne’s 15,101-square-foot mansion, which is currently on the market for a little under $13 million. I’m guessing this all blow over and if he has good accountants, he won’t pay anywhere near $5.6 million. And, this isn’t the first time Wayne failed to pay his dues to the gub’ment. Last year, he had a total of $1.1 million in tax debt for 2004, 2005 and 2007 combined. He paid that off, but now is in hot water again.

Drake and Lil Wayne are NOT beefing Ross brought out Wale for the Washington DC leg of the I Am Still Music tour a couple days ago. And Lil Wayne brought out Drake to ensure that everybody sees that the union is still there and still in tact. Reports were stating that Wayne and Drake had a falling out backstage at a recent show and that Drake was yelling to have himself removed from YMCMB. Not the case at all. In regards to the rumors, Drake said “Boy, are you out your motherf*ckin’ mind?!’ Man, I want this sh*t Γ’β‚¬ΛœForever!”

DENIED Its common tradition for the folks in Europe to not approve visas for persons with felonies and etc. So with that said, Wayne was no exception to this practice and was denied a visa. So the European Dates of his tour were canceled by force. So no Lil Wayne in Spain or any other EU country for the time being.
