2010 Mixtape Of The Year by a Major – Rick Ross – The Albert Anastasia EP

Rick Ross – The Albert Anastasia EP
2010 Mixtape Of The Year by a Major
Well, the name suggests that it was an “EP”, but it was promoted and for the most part called a mixtape. The Albert Anastasia EP had the streets of Miami on fire when it released on and around Memorial Day Weekend. The mixtape was sponsored by OnSmash.com (#freeonsmash) and spawned the biggest record of the summer: “B.M.F. (“Blowin’ Money Fast”) with Styles P and now in-demand producer Lex Lugar. The 13 track project also featured cuts like the unreleased John Legend collaboration “Sweet Life” and a pre-Gucci-mane “MC Hammer”. Overall, the tape destroyed the streets and on our download link alone, we thousands of downloads. I can imagine if you combine all the other link downloads – the tape would’ve probably been upwards in the hundreds of thousands (or more) range. Download the mixtape below.
