Aerial photo of Star Island (1920)

Created by Carl Fisher and completed in the 1920’s by the Army Corps of Engineers, the island’s concept from its inception was to become home of Miami’s wealthy elite. That concept has come to life and remains true to this day. The island is home to 35 luxurious homes of palatial scale and is in close proximity to South Beach’s Pulse. It is often compared to exclusive Fisher Island without the ferry access. Star Island sits like its name implies, in the center of a series of islands between Miami’s mainland and Miami Beach. All homes on the island boast breathtaking waterfront views and extreme privacy with access through a single bridge and gated entrance.
