Fat Joe has officially listed his South Florida property (located in Plantation) for sale with upscale realtor Katrina Campins (who’s pictured above). Joe listed it for $1,999,000. The house was said to be completed in 2009, but Joe has had the land purchased since May of 2000. According to the RealEstalker, Joe hired LM Architect & Associates to design and build a modern Mediterranean styled mansion that spans 5,342 square feet and includes a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
