Last night, NikeSportswear and NikeiD set up an exclusive studio at Miami’s Shoe Gallery to accommodate those who want to customize their very own Nike N98 Track Jacket:
Inspired by a match that moved the world, the N98 Track Jacket stands for “National 1998,†notably paying tribute to the1998 Brazilian National Team. The N98 design takes off from the debut Brazilian team kit by Nike, tapping the classic zip-front track jacket’s deep heritage as a true icon of sport style. The Nike Sportswear team has made it a signature piece for spring, integrating it throughout the line. – NikeSportsWear
So, Nike and Shoe Gallery teamed up and set up a little event to celebrate the new “pop-up” studio of sorts that will be available all weekend from today January 29th through February 1st at Shoe Gallery (244 Northeast 1st Avenue, Downtown Miami). We stopped by and took a couple photos of the events, as well as some of the familiar faces that came to see what possibilities there were in customizing your very own N98 Track Jacket.
A special shout out to the entire Shoe Gallery family for letting me pass through and document the event – as well as the various people I met there like Ali & Rob from SneakerMeStupid.com, Johnny Walker from FlawlessHustle.Com, Safe from Mi Gente Clothing, Joe from Last Rights, DJ Crunchtime and everybody who pulled me to side to say whats up.
