After hearing both versions of the song, I’d say Luda did it better than Trick. Though when I first heard the beat, it felt more of a Trick song to me than a Luda track. He decided to not use it and another artist picked it up, that’s the way business rolls. Like when Jim Jonsin made “Lollipop” for Danity Kane and they turned it down, to be picked up later by Lil Wayne and the rest is history. It’s not how the production is, it’s how the artist bring the track alive with their lyrics and vocals.
