Kid Cudi spotted rockin’ some Jordans and a SKIRT. That’s right a skirt, and/or a “kilt” as the Scottish say. Kid Cudi performed with John Legend last night at The W for their “skirtakular” New Year’s Eve Party on South Beach – while Lady Gaga tore up the town down the street at the Fountainebleau Hotel.
