The last couple weeks I’ve been collecting songs for this project called “This Is Dade” which is not a mixtape (it was going to be), but its more like a collection of the best songs that appeared on The305.com over the last couple months – and this is the first of hopefully many more to come. The name of the series is based off and inspired by a song recorded by Carol City artist SKAM2? – the song was called “This Is Dade” as well. It was recorded back in 2003 and ever since I heard it back then, I held on to it so I could unleash it with the first volume of the series. 6 years later and here you go. All songs are handpicked for their relation to either being written, produced or performed by a South Florida based artist or record label.

this shit is sick, good job. like the artwork aswell.. my only complaint is that i think one or two songs were edited.

and iceberg doesn’t send me music, not sure what the last track i heard from him was…C-Ride doesn’t either, don’t really have any stuff from him. They both need to though…tried hollering they never get back at me.
Triple C’s stuff will be on the next one, I already pulled aside 1 or 2 for the next one….along with stuff from Jigg.
and not sure what mgt is…
