“This year Halloween fell on a weekend / me and Geto Boys are trick or treatin”
I had to post this song today. Not only does the above quote apply perfectly for this year, but this was also the song that Game and Cool & Dre sampled for the hook of “Big Money”, which we posted a couple days ago. Happy Halloween ya’ll. Stay safe…

Neckface will turn Miami inside out for his premiere solo exhibition in the Magic City. This Halloween night, Neckface will deconstruct all 10,000 square feet of O.H.W.O.W. and build a world like no other. Featuring a large-scale haunted house installation, complete with Neckface’s iconic imagery, the Devil’s Disciple exhibition is designed to frighten viewers as they enter the space.
The crux of the exhibition though will surely be Neckface’s new work. A deviation from the norm, it is chock-full of his signature imagery interweaved with a personal dimension that is much more palpable in the paintings. After so many years of crafting a persona and building up walls around himself and his moniker, the reclusive Neckface has finally cracked open the door ever so slightly and let us into his world.

Jay-Z? A Dolphin owner? That would’ve been dope. But then again, maybe not for him. He kinda feels it would’ve been a good look either. He explains this and a couple other things via ESPN’s Mike & Mike show. Via RapRadar

I know this ain’t Miami-related, but this is a BIG record representing for our homies in the north. You gotta love the pride this record instills in anybody that’s from NYC. And seeing Jay and Alicia perform this at Yankee Stadium last night was monumental. Press play…
Above is a little quick clip of OchoCinco during his interview and sit-down yesterday with ESPN’s First Take at 12noon yesterday with Skip Bayless – promoting Chad’s new book What Football and Life Have Thrown My Way. The little picture to left of this text is actually the cover of the book which you can click on to enlarge. And lastly, below is a word-word excerpt of his book that is now available at book retailers everywhere (or click here to purchase on Amazon). Read the excerpt below where he actually also name drops Lil Wayne and talks about a couple things in his life and experiences.

In promotion of his new book, What Football and Life Have Thrown My Way, Miami’s own Chad OchoCinco (who plays for the Cincinnati Bengals) made his rounds yesterday hitting different mega-media outlets to get his plug on – as shown above on Letterman reciting the all too famous Top Ten list. This cat is seriously one of my favorite celebrities. He always knows how to keep people guessing.
I had this photo all week and didn’t post it. But I saw the NY Post and a couple other sites mention some gossip about Lil Wayne hanging out with fellow rapper, Nelly at Miami Beach hotspot, Liv. Photo above was taken a couple days ago to confirm The New York Post’s “spy” reporting (click on the photo to enlarge). here’s what they said:
“…Lil Wayne is enjoying his freedom before he starts a jail term for possessing an illegal gun. The rap superstar — who pleaded guilty last week to possessing a .40-caliber semi-automatic cops found in a Louis Vuitton bag on his tour bus outside the Beacon Theatre — was spotted at Miami hot spot Liv on Sunday night. A spy said Wayne was living it up alongside rapper Nelly and added, “They were with a big group of women and stayed until 4 a.m.” Wayne needs to get all his partying done before February’s sentencing, when he’s expected to be handed a year in jail…”

Drake speaks about Lil Wayne’s legal turmoils and pleas situation. Here’s what he said:
“…He’s dealing with it well. Wayne’s not usually gonna open up emotionally and tell you how he’s really feeling about anything. He’s kinda more concerned about getting as much music as he possibly can, so that when he’s in there, people are still satisfied musically with Lil Wayne product, and that’s just the mind of a true businessman. I’ll just do what I can to keep the whole Young Money/Cash Money team going, and I just want to play my part as a team member and keep the brand strong until the boss gets home…
We [actually] spoke last night, but it wasn’t about that though. He was making jokes. He was in a good mood. He’s always in a good mood when he’s in the studiomaking . He’s like superhuman. I don’t think anything could really break his concentration or his zone when he’s in there. I get to see him next week [in Miami at the video shoot for “Bed Rock”], so hopefully I’ll be able to gauge where he’s at mentally, but I think he’s alright…
And I definitely didn’t think this would be the outcome of it, but I hope it will add to him selling a million records again.” He has faith that Wayne can turn a negative into a positive. “It’s an unfortunate situation and I hope that he’ll be able to position it where his release is a day where everyone’s excited and they’re just excited about his new album. I hope he manages to market it the right way…. “

An alternate version of this song that you probably heard countless times. This time its just him on the track with two extra verses, along with his original. This isn’t No Ceilings material, just a random leak. And speaking of which, the “official” version of No Ceilings should be coming in less than 24 hours or so…get ready, son.

Dwyane Wade kicked off the season quite nicely by helping his team, the Miami Heat overcome the New York Knicks by beating them in their season opener. Well since earlier this year, sneakerheads have been abuzz about Dwayne Wade’s amazing jump from being the face of Converse, to now becoming part of Team Jordan’s extensive list of A-list sports stars. Her name is Susie and she’s in the latest Smooth Girl magazine. Not much words to say since I never really heard of her. Even though they seemed to get her in the same pose over and over, you can’t go wrong with it. More photos below…

This is supposedly the “second” single to Alicia Keys new album The Element Of Freedom. You know, I’ve been a big fan of Alicia Keys since she dropped her first album in 2001. But for some reason I haven’t been too ecstatic about these two songs that have been released from this new album. Somethings “different” about her writing style and even, the feel of the song. I might be over-analyzing, but either way, this is still better than half of the garbage ass sh*t that’s out there today on commercial radio.
