Andrea Marie is a model from Chicago, Illinois. She comes from an Italian/Sicilian background, hence her “Italian Dimepiece” tag. She recently came down to Miami Beach and since being put on to her and her world, we had to get to know her a little better and see what she’s about. Read on as she talks a little bit about South Beach, a little bit about how she got started in the modeling game and a little bit of what she looks for in a guy. Read and see photos below.

The305: Introduce yourself…
What up 305??!! I’m Andrea Marie b.k.a “The Italian Dimepiece”. Currently making my mark on the urban modeling scene. You may know me from my features in “FBM”, “Tearsheet”, and “Stunner Baby” magazines, along with countless numbers of web features and interviews.
Where are you from…nationality…etc?
I’m a Chi-town girl all the way! Born and raised right outside of the city of Chicago in a burb called Hillside. My ethnic background is Italian/Sicilian. I do have a pinch of Irish in me, but you’d never be able to tell by looking at me.
Words you live by….
I can’t sit here and quote something I’ve heard before, so I’ll give it to you straight from the heart. Fakes and phonies will never make it anywhere in life. If you can’t keep it 100 all of the time, then don’t bother opening your mouth at all.
Little known fact about yourself that not a lot of people know…
I’m really a big nerd! Lol!! I don’t go out very often, unless I’m on vacation. The club scene has never really been my style. I’d rather sit at home and watch a movie instead of being out and being the center of attention.
What do you do for fun on your off time when you’re not focusing on your modeling career….hobbies…etc?
I’m big on shopping, tanning, swimming, and bike riding. Really anything that will keep me looking good and feeling good.
We’re based out of Miami, and I know you were here recently, how was that trip and what’s your favorite things about the city?
I loved my time I spent down there!!! It wasn’t long enough!!! I partied every night ’til sunrise, and then laid poolside throughout the day. My favorite things about Miami has to be the beach, the shopping, the people, the food… EVERYTHING!
How did you first get into modeling?
It all started with a Myspace page! Lol!! I’m sure you hear that all the time, but it was honestly my beginning. As soon as I started the page, I began to accumulate a large fan base. From there, I networked all day and night. I met some off-the-chain photographers, and shot some amazing images. That’s when the calls and offers started rolling in.
Best photoshoot you’ve ever done and why was it the best?
Believe it or not, but the shoot I did while I was in South Beach recently has to be the best I’ve ever done. It was my first “on location” shoot. It felt great to be out of the studio, and being able to use nature’s beauty to “sex up” my shoot. Just an amazing feeling!
What part of your body would you say is the sexiest?
My sexiest feature has to be my lips. I pout them like crazy in all my pics!!! It’s rare to find a girl with natural lips these days! So, I feel that they make my look very unique.
What’s your focus for 2009 and are there any projects coming up that you’re working on?
At the moment I am shooting content for my upcoming website. Along with marketing my name as a trademarked brand. I will have calenders, posters, and t-shirts available very soon! To keep up, just Google my name “ANDREA MARIE”…
What makes Italian women different from the rest….?
Italian women are very sexual. We know what we want, when we want it. I am also a very nurturing lover. Sex is never a good thing when it’s one-sided.
Your opinion…..from your experience, give me a ”don’t” when it comes to a guy approaching a woman (or yourself)…
The biggest “DON’T” has to be hollering at me from the passenger side of your friends car, or while I’m walking down the street with my family! It’s just embarrassing on both halves. Guys, learn something by reading this! I’m sure I’m speaking for all women when I say that.
Your ideal man. What you look for in a guy?
I love a man that is secure in who he is. The worst thing is to be with an attractive guy, that is whacked in the head. If I’m with you, I’m with you. Along with mental stability, I look for a guy with a great smile, truthful eyes, clean cut, and has to have killer swag! If you can’t dress your ass off…come back and talk to me after you went shopping! Lol!!!
What let’s you know that a guy is a keeper? The friend test? How he treats his mother? Etc. Which works for you?
If a guy can be honest about his prior relationships, then that’s a good starter. If he leaves me feeling like I have too many unanswered questions, than that’s usually a sign that he’s a liar. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to me.
What’s your idea of a “perfect date”?
A perfect date for me would have to be dinner, dancing, and a walk on the beach. I know it sounds like a cheap romance novel, but trust me, girls like to be smooved!
Any last words, shout outs, and anything you want to promote?
Gotta say thank you to all the photographers, graphic design artists, and managers who helped me to this point. In this industry it’s all about who you know, and the people I know are definitely key! Also, I absolutely have to thank my family for supporting me, and for my father not having a heart attack after seeing some of my sexy pics! I love you all sooooo much!
