Intro is funny as hell. Yeezy and the Air Yeezy’s make an appearance. Oh yeah, and T-Pain revealed to the world that he doesn’t wash his hands after going to the bathroom. And Khaled, well, he’s spotted calling a whole bunch of senior citizens some “bitch ass niggaz”. Too funny.

Fresh off being featured on the most recent episode of HBO’s Entourage, here’s Miami-based group, Basic Vocab with “Come Get With It”. Basic Vocab is comprised of Tony Galvin, JL Sorell, and Mental Growth. The song played during this past Sunday’s episode of Entourage during the credits and since then, the buzz has crept up and they’ve gotten over 17,000 plays of the song in the past 48 hours alone. The song is real smooth and definitely has that vibe that hip-hop is missing nowadays. Big shouts to Vinny and the whole Black Mob/AVX Music fam!!

The Broward-Palm Beach New Times did a follow-up article to the tragic situation that came about with the death of Miami rapper, Toro. Jonathan Cunningham wrote an excellent piece that pretty much summed up the entire episode. He was even able to include the final song that Toro recorded before his death, which was actually the same song that he was pushing the night he was killed. Rest In Peace, Toro.

I think I might do it. I think I might buy these. $465, but I kind of feel like being stupid. Or maybe I’m going through some kind of crisis. Either way, if you’re feeling stupid like me, you can also buy one at Neiman Marcus by clicking here.

So while Kanye has been doing a little auto-tunin’ as of late, that must’ve inspired T-Pain to get down with some rappin’ to fill the void that Kanye left behind. T-Pain makes a rare rap appearance on this song with Khaled called “Karaoke”, off the Three Rings album. Sangin’ might be what pays the bills for T-Pain, but rappin’ is what he did before he took over Nate Dogg’s and then Akon’s job as the go-to hook person in hip-hop. I think DJ Khaled may have produced this because otherwise, his appearance on the song would just be very very very random and out-the-blue. But I’m really not sure. Peep it…

This is a picture I took back in ’06 of model Liza. Taken in Little Havana off that famous mural (which has since been taken down) off Calle Ocho and like 14th Avenue. Oh and she’s rocking that Abstrack Clothing “Big Pun Stencil” top.

I saw this design a while ago through an ad that Dirty Dade did through 305 Magazine. And I always kept asking for Dirty Dade to make a shirt out of it for me. Well, my prayers have been answered and they finally got the shirt made and available via their website. Out of all the hundreds and hundreds of 305 Designs that people try to do, this has to be by far one of the best designs I’ve seen. Its just clean and simply “clicks”. So it was bound to become a shirt. And best part about it is that its only $19.99. Click Here to Purchase

Taken from Mun2. Season premiere Wednesday October 29, 2008 on cable channel Mun2. Video clip above. Also in other news, Pitbull responded to daddy Yankee’s endorsement of John McCain by saying, “Daddy Yankee’s endorsement of John McCain was a publicity stunt gone wrong. Whoever on your team told you to do this s**t really f**ked you up right now.” Yeah. so here’s the description of the episode:
In this episode of Pitbull’s La Esquina, Fademaster plans to finally vote in the 2008 election but Pitbull quickly realizes his friend doesn’t know anything about the issues or the candidates.
To help educate Fade on the difference between the Republican and Democratic parties, Pit brings him to Miami’s Domino Park where they moderate a political debate with help from the gathering crowd. Pitbull and Fademaster try to get to the bottom of what each party has to say about the issues on everyone’s minds.
Comedians Mike Jones and Nick Valentine also throw in their two-cents on the upcoming election.

I feel bad for celebrities at times. The paparazzi shit be getting out of control so I do have sympathy for them and for Wayne. It must take a lot of patience or a lot of love for that money to bare with hundreds of cameras being in your face all day long. But in this situation, Wayne kind of had this coming. A couple months back, Weezy straight called this NYC camera man a bitch for being a paparazzi. And I guess, that camera man was waiting for Weezy’s New York court date to come so he can get a little revenge. Well, take a look and see what happened….

Its great seeing DJ Khaled come from where he came from on 96.1FM just 10 years or so ago and see him literally become a “global” brand name. Last Thursday, BET aired the 2008 BET Hip Hop Awards where Khaled picked up the award for “Best Hip Hop Collaberation”. He’s definitely deserving of this award. He’s put together 4-5 monster singles within the past three years via his three Koch-released albums.

If you didn’t know Ocean Drive Magazine is part of a bigger publishing conglomerate called Niche Media, LLC, who publish various regional magazines around the U.S. Under that umbrella falls Ocean Drive’s sister publication Vegas. And this month they have the all-too-perfect Kim Kardashian on the cover. The images taken of her in this issue are very glamorous and stay close within the realm of high fashion photography – something that Kim hasn’t really dived into too much. Either way, this is a random post. But I love me some Kim K. So you’re gonng be forced to hear about her from time to time on The305.
